Floating Teller Position – Full Time

Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Floating Teller position to assist with Deposit Operations in our Geneva and Phelps Branches. Fixed schedule includes full days Monday -- Friday and alternating partial days on Saturday. This position will primarily be staffed in our Phelps office but requires flexibility to be relocated on a day-to-day basis as needed to ensure consistent staffing levels. Saturday hours are always performed at our Geneva location. Duties for this position include performing cashiering functions, maintaining member records, filing, answering the telephone, responding to requests and directing members to proper departments, cross selling services to members, and providing other administrative support as needed.
Qualified candidate will have clerical/ cash handling experience, previous financial experience preferred, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, ability to relate to the public effectively and handle large cash flows, office skills and an aptitude for detail, high level of honesty and accuracy, ability to adapt to multiple job functions, experience with computers. Bilingual with English and Spanish speaking preferred. Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office products like Word and Excel required. Reliable transportation required.
